Adriana Giraldo

Adriana Giraldo is an experienced HR Director with over 20 years of experience. She is passionate about creating a positive work environment, and, in her current role at Goodier, she has been instrumental in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that have helped the company grow and thrive. Adriana is skilled in employee relations, strategic HR planning, training and development, benefits administration, and community outreach initiatives.

Adriana has two bachelor’s degrees, Management and Internal Marketing, from the University of Texas at Arlington, is a certified Senior HR professional by SHRM, and holds several certifications on Diversity and Inclusion and Human Resources Management.
